Shape-Shifting Lizards Ruling the World?

Stumbled across a man by the name of David Icke. He’s a former soccer (football) player who is now travelling the world trying to convince people that governments are a sham and that the world is really controlled by a race of shape-shifting lizard creatures.
I will need to investigate this further, but a lot of what he has said in the past has come true.
